I’m in my 30s/40s/50s+. Is it too late to start the program?

Absolutely NOT! Every week, at least a few people ask me if it’s too late to lose fat, build muscle, and start my program, and most are pleasantly surprised when I explain that it’s definitely not too late!

Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes, I do offer nutrition coaching. Wether you want your macros calculated for you, or a tailored nutrition plan.

What should I expect in the first few weeks of the program?

In the initial weeks, you might feel a bit overwhelmed as you adapt to new routines and dietary changes. It's normal to experience some fatigue, but you should start seeing small improvements in your strength and looks after 4 weeks

Do I have to be in shape to start the program?

Absolutely NOT! Whether you’re underweight, overweight, or in the middle - you can 100% start the program.

How often should I work out?

For most beginners, 3-4 days a week is a good start. This allows your body enough time to recover and gradually build strength without overtraining.

Can I still enjoy social events and eat out?

Yes, you can! It’s about balance. Plan ahead when possible, make sensible food choices, and don’t hesitate to enjoy a treat occasionally, keeping your overall goals in mind.

How long are the PT sessions?

The PT sessions are 60 minutes long.

Where do the PT sessions take place?

The PT sessions take place in Croydon at Regen Gym (CR0 1UH).

Do I need to be a gym member to have PT Sessions?

No, you don’t need to be a gym member. However, I recommend having a gym for you to train outside our PT sessions.

Do I lose PT sessions if I go on holiday?

No, you don’t lose any sessions if you go on holiday. We’ll catch up on sessions when you’re back.

Do I need supplements?

Supplements can help fill dietary gaps but aren't necessary for everyone, and certainly in my program. You can focus on getting your nutrients from a balanced diet first.

Will I see results quickly?

Results vary by individual, but visible changes generally take a few weeks to a few months. Consistency is key to achieving and noticing results.

I travel a lot. Can I still get results?

Yes, you can still get results in my program - even if you travel a lot! I will educate you on what to eat while you’re away and on the best traveling practices.
